On November 13th we attended a Sourdough Pizza Making Masterclass at Franco Manca in The Oracle with a handful of bloggers from all around Berkshire.
We were able to find out more about Franco Manca, watch how the dough was made perfectly and create & make our very own pizza (extra cheesy for me!). We even got gifted with a goodie bag – you have to try it out!
Franco Manca’s Sourdough Masterclasses are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 4pm at a cost of £30.00 per person. If your office is collectively a big fan of Pizza, you can also book a Christmas Party Masterclass on an alternative date.
